T-40

One or two component universal pad or screen printing ink

The new T40 Series of one and two component inks has been designed for universal use. Free from cyclohexanone and aromatic compounds, it offers excellent chemical and mechanical resistance as well as high elasticity. The formulation of the new series takes into account the latest demands placed on modern, eco-friendly and technically exacting printing inks.

The Dictionary defines opacity as follows...
o·pac·i·ty (ô-pas'i-tç)
1. The quality or state of being opaque
2. The ability to block light from shining through

...but printers define opacity as offering a higher quality product, reducing the number of hits required to match a color on a dark substrate and improving their bottom line in the process.

The new RUCO T40 offers the highest opacity ever while achieving superior adhesion properties on an extremely wide range of substrates. It can be used as a single or two component ink series and its formulation is entirely free from cyclohexanone and aromatic compounds, making it extremely user and eco-friendly.

Due to their fast and flexible drying properties thanks to additives, they are suitable both for standard pad printing machines and automates with high speeds of up to 4000 pcs/min. A newly developed basic ink mixing system with extremely high opacity especially in problematic yellow and red shade ranges completes the list of outstanding product properties.

Printing inks of the T40 series are ideally suited for on an extremely wide variety of substrates, such as PP and PE as well as SAN, PS, ABS, PA, PET, PC, hard PVC and varnished substrates. They are therefore a universal solution that enables users to considerably reduce the number of printing ink series.
