Automobile parts have a hard life.

They're baked in the summer, frozen in the winter, scrubbed and scuffed year round. And they have to look good the whole time.

Dana, a leading auto parts supplier, came to Comdec with a unique challenge.

They needed to print an embossed molded logo with metallic ink - on a curved plastic panel. Their attempts at conventional screen printing had failed, stymied by the uneven and irregular contours of the piece.

Comdec developed a proprietary solution that resulted in clean, vibrant printing with no voids, gaps, or uneven coverage. The customer was delighted, and so was their customer.
